Refund policy
The return policy Satisfied or Satisfied (operated in Orange Duke) gives the customer who has purchased the right to return the product. It is therefore possible to make the return within 30 days of receiving the product.
If the return is made according to our policy, the customer has the possibility to request the replacement of the product , or a refund of the amount paid. In the latter case, Orange Duke undertakes to issue a returned card or voucher or other instrument that grants credit of equal value; our return policy does not provide for a refund in cash.
We inform you that it is not possible to return your created orders online before 6/10/2020.
For this reason you will not have to fill in anything on the site. Please send the item and include in the package a sheet indicating the order number, your name / surname; you will receive a refund within 5 days of receiving it.
